The evolution of communications technologies has outpaced the ability of public safety to keep up. Is analog really dead? Is IP the real future? What can officials do to plan for future technologies while reducing the risk and containing costs? Tony Busam, ENP and Co-Chair of NENA's newly formed Development Steering Council and Faysal Tay, ENP, PMP will discuss the immediate future of Public Safety systems and change management from a practical, real-world perspective.
