2. As noted earlier, Senators Lieberman (I-CT) and McCain (R-AZ) have reintroduced their bill to reallocate the “D Block” from the commercial auction to public safety. This legislation is changed from the bill originally entered last year and merits the review of all in public safety. The original bill text, which may be changed in “mark-up” is attached.
