RCC Receives 2010 Customer Service Award from Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance

The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance (Ohio) awarded RCC Consultants,
Inc. the 2010 Customer Service Award.

RCC received the award “in recognition of their leadership and cooperation” during the Alliance’s radio communications rebanding project. RCC is assisting the Alliance in changing the frequencies they use in the 800 MHz band to comply with the FCC’s rebanding mandate. Also included in the project is the development and implementation of a standardized radio communications template for regional dispatch centers, fire apparatus and firefighters, which will enhance safety to the responder and public, and save lives and taxpayer money.

The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance is composed of more than 20 departments from the Ohio counties of Greene, Montgomery and Warren, and surrounding areas. Read more about the award and the Alliance here.
