700 MHz Broadband Information

1. As a reminder, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau Extended the Comment Date for the Public Notice Addressing Interoperability, Out-of-Band Emissions and Equipment Certification for 700 MHz Public Safety Broadband Networks. 2. A number of press articles have been released today related to a paper of the Public Safety Alliance entitled House of Cards FCC’s Capacity White Paper Built on Assumptions and Conjecture. The Alliance Paper is attached for your review along with the original FCC Capacity White Paper and the other papers offered in response to the Commission’s White Paper. It is important for readers to have the position paper of the Commission along with other documents so that one may draw their own conclusions relative to the “D” Block issues.
