Comcast vs. FCC

The United States Court of Appeals FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA CIRCUIT issued a substantial decision today in the case of Comcast vs. FCC. The Court’s decision is attached. Statements from the FCC are below. This decision may have impact upon the National Broadband Plan which has substantial impact upon public safety (see Chapter 16).
