NATIONWIDE PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT REGARDING THE SECTION 106 NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT REVIEW PROCESS. Denied the Petition forReconsideration of the NPA Report and Order filed on February 3, 2005, by the Tower Siting Policy Alliance. (Dkt No. 03-128 ). Action by: the Commission. Adopted: 12/08/2009 by Order on Reconsideration. (FCC No. 09-110). WTB
